Description
Our Sherry Cask Release combines the complex flavours of quality Sherry casks and coastal peat smoke. We have married 10 Peated Sherry butts with 15 unpeated Sherry hogsheads.
Nose: Murray mint, bonfire on the beach, salted peanut ice-cream, tomato stalks, Brazil nut and sundried tomatoes.
Palate: Tarry rope, bung cloth, smoky bacon, old tractor shed, peanut brittle, sticky spare-ribs.
Finish: Crashing waves, sea-salt, bothy fireplace and cigar shop.
The ABV % will vary from batch to batch.
Like all our whiskies this Sherry Cask Release is un-chill filtered and natural colour.
