A soft purple colour with aromas of over ripened plums, dried figs and nuts. A complex sweet wine with spicy tones of cinnamon and toasted almonds
From alluvial soils in the Uco Valley
Vinified using classic fermentation to achieve residual sugar which is then fortified and aged for just over two years in aged French oak.
