Distilled in 2016, this Auchroisk single malt joins the Strictly Limited collection from indie bottler Càrn Mòr following a seven-year first-fill sherry butt maturation. Bottles released 1638

Nose Meaty malt, buttery biscuits, sweet fruit jam.

Palate Rounded, complex layers of meaty malt, stewed spiced fruit, ginger, and savoury spice.

Finish That bold malt lingers with a hint of Bovril, sweet, leathery oak and toasted vanilla.
