Description
Founded in 1818 by Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, Billecart-Salmon has remained a symbol of elegance and tradition in the Champagne region for over two centuries. Still operated by the founding family, this esteemed house is renowned for its meticulous winemaking and commitment to quality. This Rosé Brut, one of their much celebrated creations, has a delicate pale pink hue with lively effervescence. The wine reveals aromas of red berries and citrus zest, with a floral freshness that adds finesse. Creamy flavours of wild strawberry and raspberry lead to a perfectly balanced finish.
A pale yet radiant pink colour adorned with warm glints of gold. This cuvée unveils a subtle aroma leading to an elegant, delicate bouquet of fine notes of red berries and zest of citrus fruits. This special method of vinification gives this cuvée a light, elegant flavour, followed by a fresh finish with a taste of raspberry. This cuvée is an ideal partner as an aperitif and can also accompany a dish of wild salmon or sushi. For dessert, it will add a sublime touch to red fruit flavours.
