From the much-hyped Lowland farm distillery, Daftmill 2011 Summer Release was made with Publican barley grown and harvested at the farm in 2009, before it was malted in Alloa in the during summer 2010. Matured in 27 first-fill bourbon barrels on the upper level of their dunnage warehouse for 12 years, before being bottled in September 2023 at 46% abv. One of only 6550 bottles.
