Five Sherry puncheons and hogsheads have been combined to create an exceptional, multifaceted drinking experience abundant in notes of fruitcake, warming mocha and ripe cherries.

We proudly present The GlenAllachie 21-year-old Batch 5 with integrity; at its cask strength of 49.2%, without added colouring or chill filtration, allowing the exceptional liquid within the bottle to speak for itself.

Nose:

Brandied honeycomb, molasses tart and spiced blood orange, with bursts of cocoa, black winter truffle and caramelised brown sugar.

Taste:

Rich chocolate, warm baking spices and clementine zest, followed by molasses, orchard fruits and crystalised ginger, with black cherries and raisin butter on the finish.
