Lindores The Casks are bottlings that highlight the key casks that are used at the Lindores Distillery in Fife. This is the 2nd release of the Bourbon "The Casks" showing the development of these casks a year on.
Lindores is one of the spiritual homes of Scotch whisky, as the first written mention of Scotch was at this very site in 1494
Tasting Notes
Nose – Pleasant mellow fruity apples, ripe banana, sweet pears and vanilla, buttercream and caramel notes with subtle citrus touches
Palate – Fruity green apples, citrus lemon, banana, oaky woody notes, coffee beans and spicy peppery touches. Pleasant silky texture.
