Matured in 100% ex-Bourbon barrels, this release is inspired by Spring on Lochlea Farm, when we sow the seed for the year's barley crop.
Our Third Crop of Sowing is 9-15 months older than the Second Crop, and highlights the aromatics associated with distilling in the colder months.
