Rosé Impérial is the producer’s non-vintage Rosé wine and is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay at different ages and from different parts of the region. Graceful and attractive on the nose, this wine shows notes of wild strawberries, rose petal, red cherry and spice. Assertive fruity and rich in the mouth, this full-bodied Champagne is fresh and flavoursome with a delightful balance and a persistent finish. This special magnum release is an excellent choice to accompany canapés or entrées made from river fish or alternatively duck or chicken.
